Chinese phones nowadays have the same quality as the other phones (S7, Note 7, iPhones, G5, V20, etc), just with lower pricing. People just can't understand that there are other solutions, even better ones, for a cheaper price. Definitely a different league.

Don't get the Z5 unless you want a horrible camera.
The Mi 5 has horrible software.
The P9 is the one with less horrible software, and it'll become even better once the P9 owners, inc. me, will get the EMUI 5.0 w/ Android 7.0 Nougat update. Plus, it has the best camera and design from all the phones you mentioned. And its battery life, at least for me, is awesome, and the service in my country is great. Recommended getting the P9.

I faced battery issue soon after warranty period (noticed two more people there with similar issue) so spend some 1,800/- Since then network issue so I raised a complaint to extend the warranty period to repair it as their so called authorized service center suggest to change the mother board n it costs 9K.
I raised this ticket by April 28, 2016.. But during July 2016, someone named Raja called me n told that so far my issue was with third party customer service as they are not much concern about customer value n he promised to get a positive solution..
By Sep, 2016 they are saying device is out of warranty so can't help.. all these days they were counting warranty period..
There is no proper trained authorized service center available in India for Huawei so never go for such higher end mobile.
Beware of Huawei you'll suffer I swear..
