E.S.R, 21 Jul 2016Yes it true,huawei sure are good among chinese brand,winnig... moreI tried huawei phones and i can say their phones had improved a lot, my friend is still using his p6 til now with no issue, another friend of mine he has p7 it fell down i dont know how many times glass is slightly cracked but till now it is still working.

Show us your proof. Dont just whining there with the purpose of damaging chinese phone brand. I have alot of friends in south east asia using it, not much complains so far.

if chinese phones stop functioning after, i suggest it should have the label use before date or best before

From the various comments I do not understand that many said that chinese phone will die after one year. Do you mean that after one year it will stop functioning? I own a Huawei G6 and used for MORE than a year and is working fine and I LOVE VERY MUCH

Hi! So I bought this phone and want to share my experience with it for the past couple of weeks. I hate people defending a brand, just because they own their product and can't admit any faults that it has. I'll try to be objective.
It's my first flagship phone and coming from low and mid-range phones I'm very pleased with the overall experience. The phone is fast, handles multitasking great and it feels like a premium device in the hand. The pros of the phone for me are:
1. Fast CPU
2. Great multitasking and single-hand mode
3. Front camera is great and takes awesome selfies and videos
4. Crisp and bright display (in direct sunlight outside it is perfectly visible)
5. Fast and easy to reach fingerprint scanner
6. Great battery life (mine lasts 2-3 days)
7. Premium look and feel and it's quite small for a phone with a 5.2 inch display, which makes it fit well in my pockets.
On the other hand the phone has a few things that bug me and I'd consider them as cons
1. The camera is good, but lacks OIS and 4k video.
2. The UI is heavily modified and looks nothing like Android (I had to install some additional software to make it look like stock Marshmellow)
3. No fast charging ( it takes around 2-2.5h to charge)
4. The phone is really slippery, because it's metal and so thin (that's just my personal issue with it)
6. GPU power is lacking compared to other flagships like S7 and LG G5, but still it handles all games without a hitch.
Overall I like the phone very much and being cheaper than the rest of the major flagships makes it a good choice. But as I mentioned above, it has some faults and it all depends on what kind of user you are. If you like taking still photos and want a fast device with a really good battery life, then the phone is for you. But if you want a handheld gaming device and a pocket 4k camcoder, it might not be the device for you. I personally don't game on my phone except for some UNO and its gaming capabilities are enough for me. Also I don't really care about 4k video, so the lack of that option is also irrelevant to me. Oh, and one last thing. I see that some people are worried that the phone might die or something, cause it's Chinese. Well... it really feels like a solid device and it also comes with a 3 year warranty and a 3 month free phone change if you drop and break it, so I don't think that build quality is an issue, otherwise Huawei wouldn't include such warranty.

ohh and for more i love to collect phone ,so i test alot of phone from every brand,and chinese brand are the low,for huawei,i test p8 max,p8 and p8lite,and you know what,p8lite software problem and die after 6 month,and p8 and p8 max,die after 1 years after facing same problem
and yet you still want me to buy a chinese product,i thing you should open your eyes haha funny ,are you even buy this phone?

tell you another fact. in this year, Mar. 2016, huawei has been awarded the highest prize for its product quality, "China Quality Prize". it's the highest government official prize and huawei is the only one winner.
you should know other chinese phone brands like xiaomi, lenovo, zte, oppo, vivo, etc. no, none of them got this medal.
open your eyes and learn something, dude.

i am telling you huawei is the 3ed largest smart phone seller and 1st one in China currently which used to be samsung.
2,600,000 p9 and p9 plus has been sold in the first 2 months after its release.
