I. Want buy hyawei p9lite, pkz tell me your experience, do I purchase thus phone or not.

    My first and last phone from Huawei. Russian version with 2 GB RAM, EMUI 5.0.1. It looks good, specs and price are reasonable, but Huawei software is a nightmare. They modify Android in a very unprofessional way - disabling handy standard features and adding useless own features and bloatware. The phone is slow for the specs, camera app is extremely slow, it can't use SD as internal memory, Android Smart Unlock is disabled, unreliable notifications, some background apps do not work, unreliable Bluetooth, sync with Garmin fitness trackers doesn't work... I do not recommend this and any other phone from Huawei unless you run only a few very generic apps or enjoy experimenting with custom ROMs.

            Hi I am from pak Kashmir but doing job in Italy.. will you like to tell me how can I update my p9, lite because in there is no option to do it for update..my mob emui is 4.0.1 and version is 6.0 so how can I upgrade please tell me .its big headache.

              I updated my P9 lite Marshmallow (L31C432B161) to Nougat (L31C432B370) by using firmware finder and the size was 1.93GB... It's working great without any fault!

                            Grim, 14 Jan 2018I have P9 lite(Dual sim) VNS-L31C432B161 and still on marsh... moreDude there is an app called frimware finder in the play store.. its sure is usefull, watch some tutorials for how to use it.. From that app you can manualy update your phone.. It worked for me tho.

                                        this phone is a beast for his price; big battery, full hd ips screen, 3 gb ram with kirin 650..he runs so smooth, with no delay..that finger print sensor is so fast..best phone i ever had..no comment about it
