Sent them an email early yesterday - not even an acknowledgement! Tried phoning the Helpline which was answered promptly and given another number to call - number doesn't exist???? Called the Helpline again and a different person answered and told me he was transferring me to another colleague........ After 15 minutes listening to a dead line I gave up! It's a great disappointment to me that an otherwise excellent product is made useless due to a lack of understanding how international businesses work and secondly a really poor customer service!

Since Huawei is still not available in most parts of the world like Apple or Samsung it is not generalised to most parts and this may be a new issue to them.

Guys..ur hp p9 lite got problem when use tempered glass? Got air at the bottom area Huawei mark..tempered glass cannot stick..3 times change also same..

P9 Lite Owners, Kindly, can you please check what happens if you call from your SIM 1 to SIM 2. Does the phone ring or it's unreachable? This is the best way to check if its Dual SIM FULL Active. It will only take 30s of your time. Appreciate it!

My first post regarding the P9 Lite was disregarded so I'll try again! If you need to travel internationally with the P9 Lite then forget it - seriously! I bought it 3 days ago and the "Language" - "Regional" settings are the most ridiculous I have ever seen. If you are "English" speaking, you have two choices - "English (US)" or "English (UK)" . If you then try to select "Region" then the fun begins! It is impossible to link "English (UK)" with any other country other than the United Kingdom. It's the same for other countries and if, for instance, you live in Germany but are English speaking, it is impossible to set the basic language to English. So, if you don't speak German you are screwed! I live in Austria and I can't select "Austria" as the "Region" other than with "German" - totally useless! I've never experienced this problem with any mobile for at least 10 years! What on earth are Huawei thinking about?

O had the Sony it do not haveca filé explorar which is crazy, I contacted Sny by chat and the man told né to use Filé Commander to explorar my files, the thing is I cannot move, copy or even copy something fro a usb pen drive. Comparing the professor is comparing a Golf GTI (Huawei P9Lite) with a Fiat Panda (Sony Xperia XA).
This my experince with both modelos. Guess what I use now? Huawei P9 Lite!
