Louise, 23 Jun 2017After 10 months of using i was disappointed because my huaw... moreJust wait and they will contact you if your problem is solved and what to do.
I had same problem with my Sony M4 Aqua,it shutdown and never wake up and i took it to the service.
They said we will contact you once we figure out what to do with the phone.
I was waiting for 30days ( 1 month ) and then they called me and said: " We were unable to fix your phone,if you can come to the service and we will give you a brand new from the factory that sent it to us"
I think they will make the same with you,because if phones once shut down and they can't be turned on,their proccesor/graph/inside is burned.
I had these problems with 2 of my phones,and same happened...They were totally burned and i got new one in both situations.
Just be patient and you will get your phone back.
They have right to keep your phone in service for only 1 month and then automaticly give you a new one ( at least in my country is like that )

After 10 months of using i was disappointed because my huawei p9lite was shutdown and never turn on. So I decided to brought to the nearest service center here in the philippines but sad to say they will send my phone to the main service center and mostly it will took 3weeks to 1months. Until now I never received any update when to fix and return to me, its been 13days since i surrendered my phone. Pls help me Huawei. this is very dissapointing!
