Switch your phone off and then HOLD volume up and power till you see the Huawei thing. It shoud go to Recovery Mode where you can factory reset your device. After that it should work just fine

Hi! yesterday I updated my Huawei p9 lite and today I can not open my phone. Every time I try to write my pin The phone does not respond and it tells me to try again. First I had to wait five minutes before I could try again, but then the same thing happend. My phone just didn't respond before it just went black, and the next time I tried, after waiting five minutes the same thing happend, only this time five minutes turned to ten, and then thirty minutts and now one houer. I have no idea what to do. And I have tryed to turn the phone off and taken out my SIM card, but it does not work. Anyone here who know what this is, or what to do?

Hi! i format my device (p9 lite) in the past 2 days. everything is fine, until i cannot open the loacation in the settings (or in the quick toggles) it indicates that my location on all apps are disable.. blah blah... and there's an option that you will choose close or yes, but i choose either of them, nothing happens. Is there any option to turn it on? plase answer thanks

Update for my problem :
1) Original theme gone forever
2) Theme under category and top tab, now available and can download.
3) Whatsapps notification now appear at lock screen. But it take a while to show up.
Now, try to use this rom for 1 week to see any improvement in battery life or any other improvement. Thanks huawei!

Hello all. I am from Malaysia. I already update Nougat update via OTA. The update was successfull. But now I want to ask another user :
1) My old original theme missing. Now only modern and blacklabel left.
2) When I select category tab or top tab, no other theme available to download.
3) Also, no Whatsapps notification at my lock screen. If i lock my phone, there is no indicator said I have new whatsapps msg. I also went to notification & status bar setting and turn on display on the lock screen. Also still same.
Is other user has same problem like me? Hope can someone can help me thanks!

I got a question for those who have Nougat on their devices.
Is there any imrovements with the camera video quality because with MM the stills are fine but videos are catastrophic very grainy and pale...need your answers thx.

Nougat is just awesome...More Ram, battery is excellent, multi-tasking is superb, built-in Antivirus, sexy interface and more functions to discover my friends...
The p9 lite now runs like a Bugatti ...Love it.

Hello. Is there any way to charge this mobile quickly within 2 hours if i switch it off? How's the camera, gaming performance, UI? If i use a 2 ampere charger, will it charge quickly? Please so that i could consider buying it.
