Does this phone have gyroscope sensor?

I'm thinking of buying this phone, but first I need to know this information. Thank you in advance! :)

We can hope for Android P in the future. Anyway, what's your firmware version? Mine is 8.0.0. 121(C55).

I can´t decide between Huawei P Smart and Honor 9 Lite and I need your help guys.

Keep in mind I will mainly use said smartphone to play games, mainly ROMs on DraStic DS Emulator for Android.

With that in mind, which smartphone should I choose? My main concern is BATTERY DRAIN. I know both smartphones have the same 3000 mAh battery, but the question is, which smartphone is more battery-hungry? Which drains battery quicker?

According to a a website called "notebook check" Huawei P Smart has a higher battery consumption under load, than Honor 9 Lite. However, reading user opinions here and elsewhere, I see a lot more Honor 9 Lite users that complain about bad battery life, than P Smart users.

So which one should I choose?

                An honest review!

Great camera, good battery, sleek design that better then my iPhone X glass shit design.

This does 5 things better then my iPhone X.
                1 Much better battery life
2 Alarm goes of even if the phone is off(this is rare)
3 The Fingerprint sensor is far better then face id
4 3 party apps and customization
5 Sharing media in general to like chrome cast

There is not much this phone can't do that the iPhone X does. It's not as fast but fast enough, the daily use and the most mainstream apps works perfectly. A regular person that only use their phone for social media and stuff would not see a difference.

And you think budget phones can't compare with high end. Well this is the first proof I've seen. I got this as an backup phone now im considering using it instead of my iPhone X. Because things just work better om android and customization is important to me.

Two amazing phones 2 prices your choice!

This phone cost 2000NOK(Norwegian money) and the iPhone X costed me 12000NOK. I'm just blown away here, there is no reason to buy a high end phone. If your not very into all the new stuff and just like to throw away money :) like me sometimes ;).

MsZero, 11 Apr 2018Hey there Gino. I am a P Smart users, and although this pho... moreSo far u had the longest reply of all my queries and many thanks for that.
About the battery life I do not have Facebook, listen to streaming music or play 3D games for hours. The most I would do is use GPS & Location Services (Google Maps) for 4 hours non stop and watch Youtube during my morning and evening commute for an hour in total. So perhaps the 3000mAh battery is enough for me? Having 30% by 7-8pm on high usage seem still light years for me.
Re the speakers I'm not after stereo surround sound like that of HTC phones. But at the very least as loud or louder than an iPhone?
Sunglight legibility of my old P8 Lite is so poor and i felt Huawei's algorythm and calibration of it's panels is not optimised. But can you honestly say on a bright 30c Summer heat I can still view the screen?
Does the selfie cam have Manual Settings? I do not care about a Beauty Mode (as it artificially enhances skin tone) but at least a Warm and Brightness option there? Is there a screen flash option on the selfie cam? Would you say indoors in artificial light at nightitime is decent?
Does the phone reset and loads up fast? And does it hold up memory i.e. loads the app almost instantly and not refreshes?

Gino76, 10 Apr 2018I'm fed up with my old Xperia XZ as the battery seem poor n... moreHey there Gino. I am a P Smart users, and although this phone is quite a solid Smartphone for its price, I can tell you a few things that may represent a problem according to those specific features you are looking for. I can’t speak for Honor 9 Lite since I don’t have one and haven’t use it or seen it by myself yet, but here’s what I can tell you about P smart:

1.True all-day battery life (or beyond):
-P smart battery is good, I mostly watch youtube videos, use social media apps (FB, IN, WH, TW), also a use google maps and chrome app from 7am to 5pm and battery goes down only to 70% or 60% and after that I share wifi through Hotspot from about 2 more hours and ends up on 30% by 7-8pm. However I don’t think its 3000mAh battery would satisfy high to strong demand like playing a lot of videogames or recording videos heavily. So that depends on your personal use on Smartphones.

                                2. Speakers that are loud enough when you are on crowded London bus or Tube for those emergency calls:
-P Smart Speakers are just average, sound is clear and nice but they are not that powerful on open or wide spaces. I usually see videos only with Bluetooth speakers.

                                3. A screen that has excellent sunlight legibility (in nits or deltagamma)
-Screen has a nice light exposure, I have no problems whatsoever on bright days or at night with comfort eye option on, but surely there are phones with more powerful screen light exposure.

                                4. A decent camera that offers true-to-life/natural photos, has fast autofocus, has some form of video stabilization & more than average low-light photos with features to help the user
-Camera is quite good IMO and I had a pleasant surprise on the quality of selfie cam, especially for this price. Dual cameras do a great job with photos at daylight and has some nice effects, however it is not that good on night and it does struggles a little.

                                5. A phone that supports most if not all of the UK bands & frequencies
-I would not know about this one, sorry!

                                6. A processor that makes apps load almost instantly.
Android 8 supporting EMUI 8 make things on this phone run smoothly, I haven’t had a problem so far opening apps, it’s not the most fast phone on the market for sure but it does a pretty decent job. I would like to say too that unblocking this phone with fingerprint is fast, about .030/.80 seconds, so that’s a good plus on this phone.

Hope this help and good look choosing your next phone!

I'm fed up with my old Xperia XZ as the battery seem poor now despite doing all the tips & tricks of saving battery life having owned/used Android for 8 years.
I can get both the P Smart and Honor 9 Lite under £180. But for £199 I could get a used (& working)Galaxy S7 or an iPhone 6S or SE or Moto G5S Plus. And I know EMUI isn't for everyone but my priorities are:
                                  1. True all-day battery life (or beyond)
                                  2. Speakers that are loud enough when you are on crowded London bus or Tube for those emergency calls
                                  3. A screen that has excellent sunlight legibility (in nits or deltagamma)
                                  4. A decent camera that offers true-to-life/natural photos, has fast autofocus, has some form of video stabilization & more than average low-light photos with features to help the user
                                  5. A phone that supports most if not all of the UK bands & frequencies
                                  6. A processor that makes apps load almost instantly.
Will i get these features in a P Smart or the Honor 9 Lite?

Can users of the P Smart tell me what bugs they have noticed on the handset.

Is anyone having call quality issues like people complaining that calls are going from muffled to clear when talking to someone else?

I have a friend who has a P Smart and when he phones me I get the above issue during calls.

His phone is locked to o2 in the UK (I'm not sure if o2 has messed with the P Smart software or if there is an issue with the handset)
