Not saying I'm not impressed with Huawei, but this phone is literally, not my opinion, in the top 100 best performing phones on the antunu benchmark. I'm sure the phone is great, but Huawei themselves would tell you these bans are wrong, because they know the ban keeps them from the best technology. Otherwise they wouldn't care

I love Huawei, but let's not act like they are not set behind by years due to not being able to receive the latest technology due to the bans. Why Huawei fan boys are literally ignoring concrete unbias data testing in this phone is kinda funny, but whatever makes them feel good, like disliking this comment. I'm impressed with what Huawei is actually doing & achieving given their unfortunate circumstances. But see the product for what it is, not what you wish it to be.

And that's not even the worst part about it. The highest core clock on this chip is 2.3Ghz, which means it has to have a big surface and be less efficient because of the process node.
It has been said it's produced with a 14nm node... When they don't put it on marketing material, sure as hell means they are not proud of it.
It's probably 2018 manufacturing tech designed in such a way that it performs closer to 2022 chips, and that's a big achievement already. Don't be mad about it, next time just "Check the benchmarks on Huawei Central before talking too much."

Probably will buy Vivo for my next phone with a bit more budget. I know people like you will never understand the concept of "not bending down to a specific brand", so you immediately thought I was glazing Xiaomi. That's a pretty cool phone, way better hardware than Samsung and Apple put out. Vivo and Oppo are even better but not as global. And Huawei would probably be lthe best smartphone brand, and push Samsung and Apple to give more, without the USA bans. But sadly for you the USA banned Huawei and now they have inferior processor and ISP to pair with an image sensor that is much better than any on a Samsung or Apple phone. The most you can do about that hard truth is cry about it and call other fanboys on the internet, sadly!
