Biggest issue I have with Huawei is always the chipset. Else their stuff seems really good.

    A foldable that "flips". A flippable.

    The 16:10 ratio is very missed. That's a more sane ratio for a tablet, at least from my own experience with 16:10 tablets.

      This is the very first foldable that I like! This is a fold and flip at the same time. An amazing size and ratio for reading and watching

        The should make a 6.5 inch version of this. It would be perfect.

          It reminds me Phad 2 pro by Lenovo from 2015 but its amazing device.

                Onekmanusia, 20 Mar 2025i like the design, it's like a phone and a mini tablet... moreIt is like a foldable ipad mini and i have been waiting many years for such a "normal" shaped foldable phone. The squarish 1:1 aspect ratio make the other foldables useless in my opinion, because it doesn't allow several apps working next to each other with a usable aspect ratio.

                Just imagine a squarish desktop and two windows open next to each other. could you work with that?

                        I hope this has success. We need more of this formfactor. I have never been interested in a foldable before but this looks just so cute for some reason. It is small and fat at the same time. I love it !

                          Damn it, I was thinking about something similar to this. I always thought the almost square foldable phone was useless if you're not the multi-tasker type, so why not have a "regular-shaped" screen for an immersive experience of 1 app at a time? However I think something similar sized to a Blackberry passport and act like an actual passport book shaped

Bet they are in line/slightly cheaper in the east/home country Vs main brands.

                                      Also remember, Huawei like to try and innovate, unlike Samsung anymore (apple never did they just know how to hype things up) so usually new concepts will cost more.

                                        Huawei is really in another league with new innovations and designs, hope one day we can see it again with gms
