Huawei sub-brand Honor teasing events in India and UK; Is Honor 5C coming?

Himanshu, 18 June, 2016

Huawei's sub-brand Honor is set to launch a new smartphone in Europe and India next week. According to information posted by the brand's UK and India subsidiaries on Twitter, the events are scheduled for June 20 and June 22, respectively.

While there's no official confirmation on this, reports say the Honor 5C - which was launched in China back in April this year - will be the star of the events. The rumor does hold some water given that the device is powered by Kirin 650 SoC and the tweets (from Honor India at-least) also reveal a phone powered by the same chipset.

I was referring to the Huawei ads typo. "Maximum security with kirin 650 16nm *Chispet*" Good thing is that the other ads didn't get the typo.
