A word of advice, pack an extra battery. It's a battery killer if you try to use the browser. Overall, good for me for a first phone.

I recently purchased the Huawei U8100 from WIND mobile, on the whole I am enjoying the phone, however I am having quite the time trying to source out a case similar to the ones that cover the iphone series. silicone would be nice. Also a screen protector specifically for this model, that does not need to be cut in order to fit. Any help would be appreciated...thank you

This phone has no flash,battery life using the phone is shorter than they say, overall this phone stinks. It's worth a good hard throw against the wall.

two things that i like from this handset. one, aviator is the lowest price for kinda ver.2.x android mobile sold in here, no matter what cons(?) it has. two, the android doesn't support front camera for either videocall or close-up pic taking...lol

If you are with windmobile for 3 month just ask them to unlock it for you. They will give you a code for that.
As for people asking gsmarena to update the specs, this is kind of hard because we haven't seen the international model. It should be pretty much the same but then again wind was looking for a cheaper model so some of the feature may have taken out.

i have the phone
it doesnt have a led flash
if u search the phone up on google than you can even see
the touch isnt that good
but its good phone for its price i bought it for
$150 canadian from wind mobile
i want to get it unlocked but its gonna charge me alot
im not sure if it is actually quadband since not all information on this page is correct
if anyone has an unlocked one which works on rogers or fido please post reply..thanx
