hey, anyone using this phone please help me out.........
please reply me whether we can use this set as a 3g usb modem......
i am very much confused about its usability as a net connector for my pc, after reading some of the reviews stating that its possible and its not possible( due to the absence of hsupa etc etc....)
so someone using this set pleaseeeeee

Are you in Australia - or did you find some company or someone who shipped it? (I seem out of luck as the main supplier in Australia - Crazy Johns for Australian Post doesn't ship out of country?)

P.S. Supposedly some of those phones at the price you quoted are locked, some are not.

It really good set and there is no problem in keypad i am using it comfortably.it doesn't lag at any point..

The fact that this phone is sold without a user manual is very frustrating, given that it very counter-intuitive to operate. Cant find a site to download an manual. Help!!

I don't know whether European or global carriers will ship the phone with Swype, but it seems unlikely that they'd leave it out.

dosent have swype. download a sype keyboar from android market for free.

i have been downloadin lots of applications on the fon..they all got saved in the phone memory...and the issue tht i faced was tht whn i exited an application and went back to my home screen..i faced a lag of abt 5-10 seconds before th home screen became responsive...thn i shifted all th applications to my SD card (not all th applications cud b transferred to SD card)..i still faced th issue....anybody facing th same issue? any suggestions on how to fix the lagging issue...
another thng...any1 in Pakistan got the phone unlocked yet??..if yes do let me know

Jut got one of these in Australia for AU$159. Great value phone. These cheap mobiles are really going to open up android to the world's masses. So far very happy with the phone. Capacitive touch screen works really well. 2.8" screen is big enough.. means the phone is nice and compact. Only weak point so far is the camera... it's terrible. But otherwise, this is a fantastic and cheap entry to andriod OS.

I installed Nimbuzz but Skype would'nt work on it. I went to their website and saw this: http://blog.nimbuzz.com/2010/11/02/nimbuzzskype-breakup-from-your-point-of-view/
so yeah no more Skype on nimbuzz. Also my MSN Live ID is not working on it. Only Yahoo and GTalk work on it.
Battery life is average. Lasting me around 1 day with moderate use.
