when i touch a specific button a different one is highlighted causing an unintended response.sometimes the phone just goes off with ''low battery'' goodbye even when the battery is down at just 50%. what is wrong with my phone?

Hi,
I am using this phone for last 2 1/2 years. Still, it works fine. Battery lasts more than 2 days if it is used for general applications. (WiFi off) Very rugged device. I have dropped this phone many times. Still it works without any issue.
I will go for another Huawei phone based on this experience.
