For all those bashing this phone...y did u buy it??..crash or throw it away then!! Its a great fone but only if u know y u bought it..wat u buy is a shell, there are thousands of apps to make it a gadget!

Iko down, no doubt abo... moreyour airtime is constantly reducing because your phone is constanly online even on standby and this means you have a data session...is that so hard to see if you are getting instant e-mail which can only be downloaded from an online server? Dude, dont blame safaricom for everything!!!disable online mode.

for users in Kenya(which is the majority of the posters her) you will be disappointed especially because we have not yet began using contracts and data plans. The isp Safaricom is shifty hence they will suck all your credit, anywho the phone is ideal for a first time android user

The fon is the greatest deal this side of the sahara.where else do u get 7.2 mbps with a portable wifi hotspot,android os and all its goodies,2.8 inch capacitative touchscreen and all those killers apps for 8k 5sock.Guys be serious.2go is a great app but the moment u touch ths fon,it dosnt get off ur hand.like some1 sed,the question is not whether ull buy it(ofcos u will)question is what color wil u get.

i bought this phone 2 months ago, installed lot of applications, working good so far no problems with my battery at all.. i had some problem with battery when i bought it replaced the charger with one of the original nokia's chargers working like a charm now.. good budget smart phone.

Huawei IDEOS U8150, the IDIOT phone. Iko down, no doubt about it. Crappy battery, crappy headphones, phone overheats after a short while of constant use, crappy camera (but it doesn't bother me, as there are digicams for this job). And most importantly, Safaricom, why is my airtime constantly reducing???? Even when the phone is on stand-by?

u can buy it in my country. From operator UZB UCELL.
It costs over $ 200-300. But it's cheaper in our currency than USD.

A Very Good Phone @ Best price , I bought it from www.digitalgalleryindia.com @ 7490/- Only ,Unlocked & supporting all SIM , Best feature is Wifi Hot Spot Creator ,I can use wifi internet on 8 system including my sister mobile & ipad too,Thats a good deal.thanks to huawei & to google for android os.

The likes of husbabas r the egocentric stereotypes that have perception that all products frm china r fake.companies opt 4 china due 2 low manufacturing cost,raw products n labour.nokia,HP,samsung,motorola all av plants in china,u call them fake?IDEOS is a grt phone,go 4 it av usd it 4 3months now beats my nokia 5230!dnt complain abt camera,buy N8 or a digicam!
