GOODS - touch, screen resolution, battery with such big screen, head phone, speaker quality, design, look.
BADS - when you press home key while browsing, all tabs closes. so have to go to history and open them again . very less internal memory so few applications are installed as per its memory , not support much applications, low ram, slows with as files number increases .

AnonD-42114, 14 Feb 2012is the net fast in it...camera isn't so good because it's just 3.2Mpixel fixed focus, so in condition with low light and the object near camera it shows some bluring effect, but if you use camera out in natyre at daylight, pics are fine. I think that is a good camera for casual shot. video are capturet at 480*640 (very good format for 3.2Mpix).
we can't prettend co much from this entry level smartphone because it isn't a smartphone dedicated for multimedia. at overall it fine
Net is very fast at android OS, but particularly for Sonic I can say: browser speed is ok if you use stock browser or dolphin hd browser (full browser like desktop browser with java plug-in & flash for dolphin), if you download an application or something else or watch video at youtube, the experience of net speed is like you are on a linux computer (very fast versus windows 7 computers), because android is a type of small linux os that use simple net protocol and allow the applications to use the whole net speed. I have try speedtest.net test at my phone and at my laptop, no difference.

Hello everybody, having this handset. I am going to buy this model and I am from Bangladesh. So I want to know the good and bad sides of this phone. Such as
1. The screen
2. Battery
3. Sound via headphone(because i don't love loud sound)
4. Video playback
5. Internet
6. And finally the Android apps
So please anybody help me and this is my reaquest. Please please please.............thanks.

hey. this phone is good by touche and looking but Bettye is no so good for regular use & talking and internet is slow then other phone

Here is 256 mb ram. On my Huawei Sonic it says quite diferent. I have only 160mb RAM. Can I fix it on some way?

huawei sonic,is an good smartphone for his price...but he have some bad thinghs like foto camera because is not o good camera..the batery in some aplications,finish in 1day.....so per ansamble is a good phone and deserved any penny

mayank, 04 Feb 2012does this phone opens pdf and MS word docs ? Sure it does. When I bought the phone it already had an application for that, and if it is not there you could always download it from android market

I've had this phone for over 3 weeks by now and I am really satisfied by it. It is my first smartphone and I am happy I've chosen it because it has everything I need for a considerably small price. Yes, the camera is horrible and I don't use it at all, but to be honest, having a separate professional camera I don't really need it. The battery life is quite ok, at first I used to charge it every 2 days because of extensive use/gaming/browsing, now it usually holds for 3 days. Overall it is a great phone, works without flaws and feels rather solid while in your hands (compared to most other phones). I would definitely advice it to others!
