For me, support isn't really an issue because even for the higher price ranges, namely Apple, 'support' is worthless.
Apple showed us all a good example of this with the iPhone 4's antenna issue. You spend in the region of £500 for a faulty handset and offered a cheap, tacky cover to get a signal, along with advice on how to hold it.

Officially stuck on 2.2.1 .
Great Phone, no support at all from Huawei, what you save on money you lose on support.

Well the phone is not bad since its using Android,my concern is the speed,so far the Huawei tablet is rocking and cheap i wish i can market it if i have chance with huawei.

CPU slow? its faster than most 400€ phones in finland
c? my touchscreen has never failed for me while my friends samsung does all the time.
d batter life bad? i just updated rom and whoosh holds for 2/3days!!
e. sometimes at my home but its cuz i live in middle of nowhere but everywhere else maximum staples
service? i dont know samsung and nokia and apple can also be greedy!

I had it for two months and yeah battery backup was poor but that was not an big issue for me as my office room has powerpoints to charge it but what really annoyed me was its touchscreen. Its troubling when doing routine stuff but truly infuriates me when sms typing misses your stroke. They need to urgently fix its touchscreen.
