My phone suddenly shut down even though my battery is full and i tried to turn it on but it's failed? how should go about it...

Good Phone for its price what I see on upside is low price about 17000/- Rupees in Pakistan, 220 USD, reasonably quick but dont upgrade processor is only 1 GHz with Great Battery time,Great built by China, Downside is tiny screen for advanced users, purely chinese, low brightness overall an average low to mid range cell, Signal strength is good, Data is at good speed even at EDGE level (though Carrier dependent)....Good for Starters Competes with Good old Samsung Galaxy Ace

I've had this phone for around a year now and have had to send it back to get fixes twice. Both times the original phone was never sent back and I was issued a completely new phone of the same model. Over the past few weeks I have been having alot of troubles with it- it won't turn on, it's randomly blacks out, it shuts itself down after 30 seconds of being on and I went back to the shop to get it fixed yet again however they advised me not to send it away and instead call my provider and get out of my plan. The man I talked with at the shop said that this phone had actually been recalled and was meant to be taken back by Huawei because it was found that there was many faults. I am now about to call my provider and try to get out of my plan as I have a phone that does not work. I have also heard of the same thing happening a couple of times and the exact same problems have been described. Please do not buy this phone, although it is quite a nice phone. It doesn't work so you would be wasting your time.

i am quite unsatisfied with this phone . it gets hanged frequently and quite difficult to restart it ( through battery reset ) . it has power on button on top which doesnt remain soft enough after few days use .

My Huawei U8850 Vision failed to start and it remains on huawei logo stage.....i tryed to restart it pressing simultaneously volume up and power buttons,but it can't pass this huawei logo step.
Please tell me what to do.

just rooted mine so i've got rid of some preeinstaled apps and now i have 45% ram at idle,no bugs and still can run psx games with no lag or frame drop , smooth fast and cheap . my only problems was with that spb shell launcer now it works and runs like never before , for problems or any cuestion on this phone ask me

The phone looks cool. The screen is almost too big but I love it. I don't like SPB so I disabled it.
Didn't have any problems till now (1 month), battery is good and it lasts almost 10 hours of non stop gaming. Sound output isn't the best, but if you put it on max the play volume is more than enough.
PRO:
The phone is responsive, typing is fast, wireless works good, GPS reception is good (even without internet), zilions of android applications
CONS:
Android version will remain on 2.3.7, flash isn't really useful for photos, but its useful as light.
Photos during the day are acceptable, but don't count on it as a digital camera.
Overall very satisfied for the price I got in in my country.

it's a good phone never had any problems in 4 months. i know that the camera is bad in interior but i didn't bought the phone for the camera . i hate only one thing still no efective root for it for 2.3.7 firmware..and i hate that spb ui theme that comes with it

Digit, 03 Aug 2012I actually had bad opinions about Huawei but after reading ... morei have 4 huawei phones none had any problems the oldest one has about 4 years and the newast was the vision 4 months and still working perfect

jessin, 11 Aug 2012i cant open my huawei vision coz touchscreen not respondingdo a factory reset and clear cache from recovery mode maybe you will fix the problem
