I posted my opinion before but now the phone doesn't ri/ Huawei phones have this issue also sometimes i'm facing a slow reaction from touching and sometimes when the phone is in sleep mode the double touch to wake the screen is unresponsive and even if i use the button on the right side it takes 3 seconds to get into the lock screen also battery drains fast in sleep mode and of course the slow charging it takes a lot of time 4h30 sometimes more SO ANNOYING

All my pics disappear from gallery out of the blue.Only the screenshots are left. But still i can find the pics in diff editing apps of my phone. I try restarting my phone and deleting .nomedia from my phone but still photos are not restored in gallery. Its worst problem i have ever faced using android. If there are any suggestions to fix this issue please do help ...

Good day all! I recently purchased this device, Huawei Y5 2017 single sim. and I am really impressed with the device! Full HD display and smooth performance. there is only one issue! the battery has a 10-hour usage lifespan. but you can get 13-hours on ultra battery saving setting which still keeps the phone smooth but then your games are a little lag-ish. but overall it is a great phone for its price range!

The phone keeps heating up plenty...thereby killing my battery faster when its running 4G on SimCard Slot 1.
I am observing when I run 4G on simcard slot 2 and put sim card 1 on 2G or 3G. In addition to disabling Google Services and google play store.....the phone seems to perform better and less heating up.
Is there a problem with SIMCARD SLOT 1 RUNNING ON 4G.? Or it depends on different regions and countries networks?

Remember everyone. If your phone was bought brand new from a dealer within the warranty period and you are already having issues, then DON"T CRY, just take it back to them for a free fix or a full refund.
