Easily the worst phone i've ever encounted. it is slow and unresponsive. it was delievred to my house last week and is going straight back.

I can't use this dumb phone I even reset it I try to download anything it crashes the app idk why you can barely even use the phone because on almost all the apps dont work besides factory apps

I don't like my phone I tired everything first of all when it doesn't work I reset it then it delete my pictures and videos then it likes jamming and freezing when I download games or apps they don't work some of them say download Huawei mobile services I did today but my phone still continues what should I do pls help I tried everything pls

at first I was glad to won one cuz the numbers at specs bar was good but after one month of using it I founded it just a numbers …. I cant use simple function like browsing playing games see my gallery , chatting and everything latterly everything .. now I am not glad at all and I feel fool to bay this phone and give it "worst 2021 smartphone" award , that's if we called it "smart" phone :)
