Me and my friend bought 3g version together one month back. Both face the same problem. Sometime call did not get connected first time and we need to cancel the call and redial it or the caller call again and then things get smooth. its very strange that both sets have the same problem. any advice on software update or something for recification .Please share

I have an Alcatel Pop 4 and it is terrible too. It clicks on links by itself, drags several times the notification bar down and marks text by itself. Terrible phone. I can't even prove it, because it does it only on some pages.

ok like wth im a samsung user I been using the note series ( note 2 to note 5 ) nd I never thought theres low budget phone like y5 ii can do the job .
its a very nice phone I mean for 115$ its a holly shit
goods : battery is good I can assure u can pass the whole day without charging using mobile data _ 5 inch beautiful hd screen _ both cams are not bad tbh the selfie cam can do the job _ in gaming is good enough ( vector ii _ shadow fight _piano tiles 2 _ angry birds 2 ) I didnt try asphalt 8 yet but on youtube they tested nd its fine some ppl said that u can't move apps to the Sd card ? idk wth they talking abt yes u can and u can set sd card as the storage where the apps auto install _
bads : I aint gnna lie the goods abt this phone cover this one prob... the battery takes too damn long to charge I think its between 3h and 4h maybe to me is a prob bcz even my old note 2 charges in 1h30 max
ps : I regret buying the 4G model bcz I dnt really like using 4G it drains battery nd mobile data faster so I switchd it to 3G option ..it aint really worth it u have to be smart abt this one and buy the 3G version theres no big difference in processors and its cheaper in a very sweet way and buy the gold one xD classy af
