only had the phone a month... sim is set to a 4G network, but phone says 3G... does not send or recieve picture messages and cannot access facebook or any other websites properly... how can i overcome these problems without getting another new phone??
i never had any problems with my windows phone til it sunk to the bottom of the ocean floor

1.download for Pc kingoroot and after instal root the phone(after this step You lose guaranty.
2.buy some Sd memory card 32gb class 10
3.download Partition manager for Pc,then with Partition manager format Sd card and create 2partition ,first one is extended and format it with EXT4 standard(this will be yours internal storage),the second partition will be Primary Fat32 standard...i was partitioned EXT4 size 9Gb the rest is fat32.
3 download from internet Apps2SD aplication...than create script and link all new instalations to EXT4(if you dont know how search solution on youtube
And voila you have 8gb internal storage...

The battery sybolsymbol on Screen with exclamation sight (!) it said "the battery is too low or having problem with the temperature in you room" any suggestion to fix??

Here it shows that the phone has 4gb of internal memory, my phone has 1,87gb og internal memory and 1gb is used . Now I have 800mb free,??????? dissapointing

i just bought the phone and now every so offen i lose my conection to my cell services and it gos into emergencey calls only i have to turn it off and on several times to get my servec bac i already have it set to wcdma only anybody else have suggestion on what i can do other wise trashing it and taking the lost ty

The phone works quite well an has a good size but I have to problems there something that keeps popping up asking for me to delete stuff for space I've deleted all that I could and its still bothering me. My other problem is that jur by the camera above the phone has something which looks like a notification thingy n u want to use it I don't know how to turn on the light for it so please help! Otherwise I live this brand.

Shovon, 31 Dec 2015does anyone experience jerky scrolling problem while scroll... moreI experience this too. I think its a great phone but this is annoying. I suppose for the price you can't expect everything. I'm actually pleased it works as well as it does for the money.
I haven't experienced any problems after the inital learning curve. I lost my contacts and such also but that was again learning the settings and such.
