Have had a Y7 now for over 18 months and throughout the last 12 months, for no reason whatsoever, some days it will not make/receive calls or send/receive text messages. This is despite the fact it has not been switched off - I leave it on 24/7. Unfortunately I have no idea this is happening until I get a landline call from someone saying they have tried my mobile lots of times but it doesnt get answered (this despite the fact it is with me at the time). I have now resorted to every single morning, dialling the mobile from my landline just to check that it is actually working. Having said this, even then, it can fail during the course of the day. So annoying and please dont tell me to switch it off every day and restart it because that doesn't work either - tried that! Doubt I will be upgrading to another Huawei phone in the next 3 months, that is for sure.

S/N : VWD7N17906003131 my huawei y7 the application is not coming up if I own it it will lead me to Google account if I enter my email it will tells me there is problem somewhere so it cannot boot to the application it started 3 days ago

This 📱 is awesome. The battery last a lot. I really recommend this phone in all its aspects. Buy it you won't regret

Difficult to set up, my Huawei ascend was simpler to set up and use ready to smash this thing to pieces after a few days.

I have Huawei y7 got it in chile ...work fine now I am in Brisbane Australia ….I do have a new sim card and don"t work enyone know why?

Yhoooo dis fone is annoying. It freezes every tym I want to open another app. Yhoooo when it comes to camera I feeling like throwing it away
