Hey guys. There is an issue with the loudspeaker. Sounds come from only one speaker grill. Is it normal?

I have used this phone for two weeks now and I must say that for a phone in its price range it is exemplary. It has a powerful battery that lasts for 2-4 days depending on how you use it. The cameras are great but work best in good lighting. It is fast, light, beautiful and has the latest technology. The only problem I have so far is that the Huawei phone configuration, doesn't allow one to synchronize your contacts from your Google account. Huawei has a provision for backing up your data using Huawei Back up and once you log into it, you can now save your contacts to your Google account but still you cannot synchronize them to get your old contacts. For you to retrieve them, there's a long explanation on Google, that anyone interested can check out. Generally, it is a good phone.

But he always complaint about having bad mobile data receiving signal (E) when in his bedroom. But when he walked outside, he can get H+ mobile data receiving signal. Before this he used Samsung Note2, mobile data always good inside or outside his room.
Anyone know what to be check or is there any setting change is needed?

Please help me, I've put in my passcode for phone (I have another code for my sim card) and used my phone now almost for a month and all of a sudden my phone does not accept my code and I cannot use the phone at all!

phone is really good with very good battery timing .. but screen resolutions not really good colors r not bright ...

Y7 prime is very good device in midrange .
No daubt to buy it .
Every thing is fine . Camera , battery backup, slim .

Actually I used this phone 2 months ago and everything are working well except I always get a notification that the carrier network is not available even I had switching between the network types (GSM or WCDMA )

honor 6x is better.. however if u want better battery then go for y7 prime.. else both are same except some advance functions which are more in honor 6x...
if u r from pakistan then be notified that telenor 4g doesn't work on honor 6x
