i have bought y7prime 2018 n its battery life is nil. i cannot play game either use much Facebook. when i use for just 10 mint. the battery less 20%. customers service ventr say that u will have to refrst ur software first. what is the link

first i advice to not buy this stupid phone
1 battery life is not good (1 day use)
2 camera not good in low light
3 ear speaker is in the back and when get a call the near you can hear every single word
4 earphone sound is not so hight
5 emui 8.0 is a shit no twin apps feature no lock app feature so bad you cant manage the apps list no hide app feature
samsung grand prime plus is better than him

Bought this phone about a week ago. I don't understand how some people complain about the battery. With heavy usage (Unity Engine games, HD videos...) the battery lasts 8 hours straight and that only drops it to 20%, not 0%.
The fact you get such a phone from such a company for such a low price is quite great. I've seen no problems with it yet. A great budget phone that I recommend anyone that has 200 bucks to buy it.

Do you know how could be the problem if I cannot watch any movie/serie at Netflix? It is installed without problem, but when it must to start the movie, always I get an erro 58.0 from Netflix. Already I uninstall, reinstall, delete data...

what planet are Huawei on they still no fast charge on budget phones but others like Motorola manage to fit fast charge

Phone specification is good Camera result is good
Display is larger in this average price
Only battery timing is very low it take about 2.30 to. 3 hours to charge it and only an hour to 100% to 0%
You should also need a power bank if you are going to buy this phone
Despite of battery i m loving this phone with good features at low price

Perfect phone for the price, excellent display, excellent camera, works fast, no lag or bugs, battery lasts long. Bought this phone yesterday and I'm loving it.
