Hello my phone got a restart problem some time ago then i went to a warranty and after a while they looked at my phone as if they reset the factory and saw some of the features of the phone were disabled and not working such as photo The lock screen hub didn't change randomly and the theme of the phone was changed and not the previous theme.
Then I saw in the update section of the phone was an update of 2.69 gb which was written in the change log "restore your system to lastest official version"
May the features come back if I get this update?

With heavy bad usa... moreUsing huawei from april but what i have observed it is Excellent phone in the price range, and yeah battery is bit compromised as it were in the beginning, but in camera front or rare both are awesome, i am using whole day with 100 to midnight with still 30 to 35 percent remaining, but due to. It’s big screen create hurdles in typing a message but overall it's amazing phone

Battery life drains after two ... moreHave been using this phone since March.. With heavy bad usage and still have no effect on it battery.. Maybe u bought the wrong 1..
PUBG use network to run.. Don't expect pure game play with no hang.. Unless u are using real 4g/5g server in your area.
This phome use up to 30min before dropping from 100% to 99% with usage..i swear. Have checked soo many times..
If u are a good photographer.. This phone camera level up with iPhone 7 series camera.. Use it AI camera and try to use Google photos to edit it click on "auto edit"
Do not drain it battery while you have ya alarm on.. It will keep forcing it self to on, just to ring out the alarm.
It speaker sounds solid like stereo.. But not stereo.
Huawei is now different from what we think they are before.. "Now becoming the boss"

The mobile is awesome but I want slow no feature in this camera. All the features are awesome and working well and fine. Plzz add the one more feature in huawei y7 prime 2019 slow mo feature that's make your phone awesome because people want slow mo video.
