Every now and then the phone says "the person you're trying to reach is currently riding a bike" via bottom speaker. Anybody else experiencing this?

Pretty nice phone. Since I bought it, I haven't experienced lag. I also have complete set. By the way the box I received contains the following:

I must say this is a good phone. Although it does not have fingerprint Scanner, it's worth it.
