I think there is a little differences b... moreThe lithium ion batteries have a larger energy density than the lithium polymer....so hence a 4000mah lithium ion battery is way better than a 3000 mah lithium polymer battery...but the only downside of lithium ion is it ages with time but still lithium ion batteries are cheaper than lithium Polymer so you can easily get it replaced

It depends on your personal preference....if you are more into selfies and need very good battery life you better go for the y9 2018 plus it comes with Android 8.0 Oreo out of the box....if you want a better rear camera with more ram and storage you better go for the mate 10 lite but u won't be getting battery life as much as from the y9 2018.... finally its ur decision :)

It had only one camera.
In y9 the front cam is pretty good.. But the main camera is below par
