Took some shots using the rear cam then when its time for me to do a selfie, the camera went up but has black screen only. Eventually I tried fixing it by following what I researched on the net but to no avail. One last thing I haven't done is to do a factory reset but I am not sure if it will fix this. Now backing up my image files on Google photos which will take a day to finish. I am not keen on doing the factory reset yet since I feel that the problem is with the front cam mechanism. Yes, this is the only phone and gadget I have terrible since I rely on his for my virtual meetings. Will try to visit a Huawei official repair center very soon

Best Mobile phone ever i Used
Decent Battery life
Decent Display
Decent Speed Still Not lag
After 3 years Battery Still Good No any heating issue

very weak phone. if you're looking for something durable, stay far away. the motor on the camera wears fairly quickly and starts to become slow and loud.
Decent performance and the pop-up is an interesting gizmo, but I wouldn't recommend it.

I have a problem regarding my front camera Huawei y9 prime . It still pops but I cannot capture anything, and it only appears black. Im done reseting and clearing the data but it still won't work. Can this be repaired? This is the only gadget that I have, and I have nothing else to use for our online class. Thank you I hope you understand that I have done all the reseting and clearing of data. I hope for a respond right away.

Pls can someone tell why my y9 prime model stk l22, I keep checking for updates for Android 10 but it keep showing that my device is up to date is still on Android 9.1

i have this phone for 1 1/2 year and it already fell down from 2nd flr of our house and still works just fine. also fell alot of times(5 ft above)...still works just fine

Screen is very week. It brokes when i pressed on it and its broken from my freind and my cousin with tge same way. As it's not the original screen for the mobile

my one not so big problem with the front pop up cam is that whenever i record a vid using the front cam, the end results is that the video is mirrored, when i also video chat in zoom, meet, or messenger, my video then appears to be mirrored to others
