Big mistake. Great phone, great specs, but lack of google apps is a major set back, I now have to retain an older Android for some apps. Avoid if you are Google intensive (Authenticator, email, etc).

This phone took me 10 years back!! Lot of applications not working. If u just need a smart phone with any application then you can buy this. Camera is well and good. Network performance is ok.

ive had the y9a for less then a month. the fact that it doesnt support google kinda sucks. but you get used to it and it overall is a good phone. if you are looking for getting good photos, y9a is the way to go.

DSilent, 31 Dec 2020I can tell you can install "play store" from a PC... moreYou can download, but the problem starts from there. You can't download any apps. There is a thing called 'Play Protect' and before you open it, the Play Protect scans your phone and they would say your device is not certified. They will say to contact with the manufacturer of the phone. I am not very sure about this, but I think it's true... 😔😔
