ive used the Y9 since 2019, bought in China through a friend but a few months ago it developed glitches, "like it open files by itself". tried to update software but to no avail. and most settings still brings "chines words". i need help to electrify this problem.above it all i still find it to be a nice phone

The phone is so swee to use as its super farst with internet speed, amazing camera and long lasting battery. I have owned mine since March 2020 and the phone has not failed in any way. The battery runs up to 48 hours with the way i use mine as a heavy browser. I recommend it to anyone
