I want to buy a 810-F but I would like know if i will able to buy a best battery like what I've done with my Jaq3. Can someone give me the model of 810-F battery so that i will be able to check if batteries are available for this phone before buying it.
I can't find this information anywhere, maybe the owners can help me

Second, press and hold "Windows" + "ok" and hold the power button
The 810f will be hard reseted

I have a Imate 810f blocked (or bricked) in the main screen I use the softreset button several times and return still blocked, due this I cannot access the clearstore function, Some body know how can be done a hard reset by another way? like with some buttons combination?.

SINGH, 22 May 2010I have i-mate jaq and its key pad and touch pad not working... moreactually you must avoid putting your i-mate 810-F on hot places. that makes your keypad sticky, cause i have one phone that same as yours, try to avoid putting your phone on a hot places cause its a sensitive phone..

this one was built to last, I saw it on youtube shock, water, dust n even pressure proof. a very perfect phone for a clumbsy guy like me, hehe...
but its not available yet on indonesia

I have an I-Mate PDAL since 2 years. Its going great. Upgraded to WM6.5 .. Works like a charm. Battery is still good too ... Had a HTC Touch which did not give good talk time ....
Hope I-Mate comes back

I bought an i-mate 8502 just a few months before they went under. There was a major hardware failure and the authorized repair center told me I needed a new main board. My i-mate was in the USA repair center for almost two months waiting for the part when I was informed that i-mate went under and there would be no hope for me. I paid like $700 USD for this piece of junk and chose it over an HTC because the i-mate came with the 2 year warranty...don't make my mistake!!!! Stay away!!!!!!!

This is not just about 810F, but the company as a whole, the official website is down, the service center is no more open, and the owners at least in India are forced to get the handset serviced from local service centers that too without any surety on the quality. They should have atleast maintained the website so that customers could have got some kind of rom updates or genuine softwares. I do think that it really was a Bad Decision to go for an IMATE !!!!

They are still alive. According to Jim Morrison we can expect much more this year.....
