Hi, I' ve had my Jam for about 3 months now and I am very pleased. It's camera (especially night mode) and battery dissapointed me a bit but that's not a big problem. The main issue that bothers me is that I have scratched the body quite badly and i've been looking for a new cover which unfortunately I haven't found. Does anyone know were I can get one from?

I have iMate JAM. I bought it from USA with N. America ROM. I am trying to instal the Arabic ROM but it is not working. Could anyone tell me how can I do it.

I can't get the following message off of my "today" page:
"Unable to complete the call as dialed. Verify the number and try again."
Can anyone help?
Also, I saw a posting asking for help in actually turning off the phone/resetting the phone. Can't figure that out either.

If u got imate jam, you can upgrade its rom by registering at clubimate.com, and you can change your msg tones but cannot select mp3 for ringtones, you can have mp3 ringtones but you need a software for it, you can prob find it by google..

Does any 1 knows how 2 change the message tones in Imate Jan? except da 1 present. I mean to say can i add new msg tones in da msgtones list.

no it doesn't have a radio .. but a company would PROBABLY put out an antenna and a windows mobile pc application for this ... as for the operating system .. it runs on WINDOWS POCKET MOBILE 2003 ... so MOST programs that run on PDA's in this platform would LIKELY run ... i ditched my nokia 7710 & ericsspon p910i when i got this phone ... when buying ... make sur ethough that you get either a t-mobile MDA compact or the 02 xda II mini (if ur in asia) .. as i've heard these are the "brands" for the "MAGICIAN" which are most stable ...

i like this phone very much, i am planning to buy this phone. But one thing is missing!! and it is "Radio". is there any software is available for that(Radio)? i think "Virtual Radio" is it? can u plz tell me Virtual Radio can be used WITHOUT GPRS or network connection?
How is its music quality? Music player is installed separately or the music files only can be played thru Real Player!!!
Also one thing i want to know... when i start music tracks, if i recv a call while playing music tracs, music player will stop, right? but WILL IT START AUTOMATICALLY when i finished the call??? for your info, it happens in Nokia 6230 and Nokia 6230i.

Just trying to make up my mind here between the 910i and JAM, a few questions you could assist with please.
How is the battery life on standby and talk.
Is there any particular bluetooth ear piece you require or could for example use a motorola.
You mentioned about the low ring tones and speaker is this still an issue or did you find a solution for this.
Is software downloads for this readily available or not.
I am trying to make up my mind and these questions I pose are all issues I am trying to get answers on.
Our support in SA is ok so that should not really be an issue.
Any advice would be appreciated and any other info you can give some input on
