hi ..i bought the jama imate 101 newly an am facing a problem..i can`t change the language ..it`s mixed english and arabic and i wanna make it all english ..so how can i change the language from arabic to english??

my i-mate jama phone is dead. means it does not turn on.i was guessing that it is a low battery problem but when i charge it, it just display the imate screen and nothing else. please help me

The problem seems to be with the SIM. Try using differnt SIM, and alternately, use your SIM on a different phone and see if your problem is solved. If the problem continues, Hard-reseting your phone must solve the problem.

Your Phone battery is gone bad. Try with new battery or try using similar battery if available in your friend circle before buying a new one. Once the battery is replaced, leave it to charge for 6Hrs before turning on your phone, everything will be alright.

i'm experiencing the same problem. It wouldn't turn on. The only time that it does something is when I plug the adapter it gives me the blue screen and nothing else. Does anyone know what the problem is... There are no cellphone shps here in Cebu that knows how to fix this.

u know what!! if i were u people..I wont buy a stone that could crack up my head....ei why..coz me..i've been pested with this gadget...opps...i dont think its a gadget coz its not even gadget at all...it pist me off...not a user friendly phone! i bought this another micro sd and imate jama wont even recognize the mem card...and heres what happened after a month...it cant never be switch on...hey!! wheres the justice?? i wont burn mu money just for this kinda heck...im juz a student..why do they have to approve this kind of pocket pc when it cant even be called pc at all..theres no wifi...and even the synchronization on the pc or laptop is not that workable...wnd whn it is...not even good...coz why am i gonna use this imate if i do have a laptop ayt?? so why does it doesnt have wifi at al??!!! its not a pocket pc guyss...k...its just a toy!!
