can somebody please help me with my imate jama because i just don't know what happened to it. I've been taking care of it,but one day it just stopped working (3 months after I bought it). This what happened that day my mobile phone just went dead then I connected it to the charger and then it lit with the welcome note (which is usual everytime it restarts) but then I noticed that it's not changing even after several minutes.I unplugged it,then reconnect it with the charger but still same thing occurred. Im totally clueless since I dont have any knowledge about this kind of thing.can somebody help???

I had purchased I-Maye Jama Mobile Phone for a sum of Rs.14,500/- vide Book No.12 Serial No.RM/599 dated 25.8.07 from M/s Hotspots Retails Pvt. Ltd, Shop No.7, MCD Market, Ramesh Nagar, New Delhi.110015.
I am most disappointed over its performance, functions etc. At present, it has stopped functioning.
I dont know where I should approach.
Pl. let me know the name and address and E-Mail of the concerned person with full name of company, address, tel nos. so that I can email them.

I setup ActiveSync on my PC and then I connected my i-mate phone to PC. ActiveSync showed connecting but I couldn't explore and add any file to my phone. All items are gray in ActiveSync. Would you please help me.

I brought this phone, and regret as being the biggest mistake of my life.
Windows OS is ok, but the touchscreen is faulty. U dont get the new touchscreen anywhere.
Even if its available it costs more then 1500 bucks.
Battery life is not good at all.
Even the outer body colour has come off despite taking much care.
Stylus doesnt come out from its slot easily once u use it for few weeks.
Speaker phone is so week u feel like talking without it.
2 MP camera, with very poor picture quality.
Its like a BRICK once the touchpad is faulty as u cant do much with buttons available.

I have Jama 101 and i m not able to switch on my handset once its bettery is discharge totally and even i m not able to charge it's again.
no initmation is coming like red light is on while mobile is charging.
plz help me i m highly depressed.

DO NOT BUY! the product turned into a brick after a few months of use + the touchscreen is faulty + frequent network connection problems + poor customer support from i-mate

my i-mate jama phone is dead. means it does not turn on.i was guessing that it is a low battery problem but when i charge it, it just display the imate screen and nothing else. if anybody call my mbl the bell is ring the caller mbl but my mbl is silent .only one display we can see imate.com
so i requst u pls me.

& onemore thing who is authrosied manfaturer this phone.
its available in china same specification like weight & colour .
