hi,
im from Nakuru Kenya.after reading about the problems encountered by i-mate users i reconsider the decision to buy this phone. i had planned to buy the phone tommorow but not any longer.let me stick to my old nokia 6300! thanks guys.

To person who's JAMA is faulty - Take out the battery, press and hold both Up and Down Volume keys, insert the battery but keep the volume keys pressed in. When the red light turns off you can let go of the buttons. WARNING: THIS WILL HARD RESET THE PHONE AND YOU WILL LOSE ALL YOUR SETTINGS AND DATA

hi all ,
i was about to buy a I MATE JAMA phone from market . but thanks to all .now i will not . i thought its a very excellent piece . but now i came to knw that its creating multiple problems/ and i realize the major problem in this set is " phone is getting totally dead " so plz dont buyt this phone ..

plz i got i-mate jama about 3 months ago and yesterday when i finished a call it stoped working ,then i removed the battery and put it again the i-mate.com screen appears for along time then screen that got nothing in it appears and stays :(:(:(
