jun guanzon, 13 Jun 2008i buy a second hand i-mate jamin w/out any accesories now i... morefirst you have to buy a card reader which connect with your pc after that you have to put your jamin memmoery card in card reader and you can transfer anything in it.

It is real black horse i like it very much it is mangerial set with unlimited options.
My backup cd is lost i just need buckup softwere in mail so i can re store and fresh up my set please advice how can i get softwere to use pc to take backup.best regard

i mate is like a black hourse needs someone to deal with....1st step try to format the memory card by pc then 2nd step after insertion the memory card to the slot try to make a gentle pressure by the stylas to push the card against either walls...then check weather card reconised by pocket pc...try it it sometimes work.

goutam, 19 Jul 2008hi frnds one of my frnd is planning to sell his jamin which... moreBoss, I'm from Dhaka, Bangladesh. I get my JAMin from friend and still I use it randomly. No problem found.24*365 are open. Still it serve 40hours+ charging time where I make call and receive 60 to 90min. I only face a problem with my software CD. Anyway it was scratched, therefor it does not work. I'm so happy, if you send me the file online or e-mail. i have da phone bt whenever i try to connect that wth my pc it disent recognise it. it needs a utilities software. how can i get that?? and from where?

i bought a memory card, it was working normaly, then my jamin stop recognizing it.. (no storage card installed)plz if someone have a asolution for this problem send me a mwssage on my e-mail: specialmind2002@hotmail.com

i bought 2gb micro sd card.. my jamin fails to recognize it.. i have to reset few times just to fix it.. same problem (no storage card installed)after reooting again and again.. help pls guys!!

Greetings! Your knowledge on technical aspects of computing seems very sound. I need help. I was using my JAMin since two years w/o any problem. However, a week back, I turned the device off and the next morning when I turned it on, it started getting stuck at the boot up stage, i.e where the blue screen showing the i-mate logo appears. I have tried all methods including the hard/soft reset, going to the boot loader stage and reinstalling the software but it is giving the same problem. I showed it to i-mate authorized dealer and they said to replace the whole board, which is insanely expensive and doesnt seem logical. Do you have any idea as to what could have gone wrong and any suggestions to get it repaired cheaply? I reside in Pakistan. If u wish u can contact me thru email: fury824@hotmail.com.
