Hi ,,, i am georges from egypt i got many problem in the sound and the sensor of the screen , i went to RAYA egency ,and my mobil still in the guaranty periode and they told me no u must paid and we know about this problem , so NEVER EVER i will buy any I-Mate from egypt bc of RAYA agency , plz solve this problem very soon bc of it's a common problem with people - waiting reply on my mail , thx

It is a known problem with the Jamin-most of the time the issue of no sound seems to happen after the rom update has happened.
you should still be able to cliam under warranty!

My JAMIN speaker does not work after 1 month working.

I have ben using this phone for more than 5 months and never had a problem with it. A couple of days ago, while ringing it gave a weird bussy sound, and now, even when volume is high, the is no sound when I receive a phone callor message or reminder... Has anyone faced a similar problem? Appreciate any help.

i either use sony ericsson or i-mate. im waiting for SE k850 and may b ill skip that and buy jamin AGAIN! IMAGINE?!

i had this fon 6-7 months ago. its a really wonderful fon. i used it for about 3-4 months and now when i come to think of it, it really displeases me that y did i sell this fon. anyway hats off to jamin.

Hi every body i am using imate jamin from the last one year.Its very helpful in my daily professional life.I have all the cds and manual if any one needed i can provide it free because i believe in helping others.but i need the yahoo messenger for my imate jamin.can any one help me in this regard.

I have been using this phone for over a year and never once have I had a problem with it. Its a definate good buy.I Brock my software cd. Can any one send me a copy of software cd to my email address or just direct me to a site I can download it from.

this is the worst phone,it alway struck...i recomend not to buys this product.this touch pad is having problem and even service also a problem.

hi guys,
i have been using i mate close to a year. i usually change my mobile every year. but with imate i have to make a exception. though there are a lot of people say it has got so many problems i feel its usually due to lack of knowledge about how to handle this mobile rather than anything.
there are some problems with this mobile which is glaring like speaker is unstable. camera quality is poor and depends on a lot on adequacy of lighting and how steady your hand is, little complex for heavy texters, lack of hard keys, fragile screen, sync problems occasionally, low battery life and so on...
but for me these are all trivial issues compared to what the mobile has got to offer.
every other thing works smooth and it is a balanced mobile for official purposes and also reasonable multimedia functions.
i think i will go ahead with this mobile till a jammin version with windows 6 becomes available.

it is a very advanced mobile phone with pc features,but the speaker ias very bad and the battery life is very short.
the camera is not good enouf either in still pix or vedeo mode and with no protection for the lense. otherwise it is easy to use,smart desine.
