        Hi All,
        I have K-JAM handset,Iam unable to browse my company mail server.We sun java messaging server.whcih required IMAP client K-JAM where i can find out the IMAP client software.

              Dear support, I have a K-JAM unit and unfortunately the touch screen does not work any longer. Just the front panel keys operate and all functions seem to be fine in the begining. In order to make the touch screen come back to normal (factory default configuration) I performed a Hard Reset pressing down the keys (13 - 24 and reset button), ie., Communication Manager and Voice command keys plus reset button all at once. After reboot the unit shows up a message saying to touch the screen to start the configuration if the unit, but after pressing the screen so many times it just does not get out of that screen. It seems the screen becomes blocked or unoperational some how. Either way, I'm unable to make calls or to use it only with the front panel keys.
