Ultimate6150 is ok but u'll have to cope with its heavy weight, short battery life and evry u do-including making calls is wit the stylus coz there's no keypad. U shd consider ultimate 8150 coz it has keypad but evrything else is same. Just bought one myself recently n already it's been stolen! Plz how can i sound an alarm on this thing or find it as some1 already asked?

hey!i got the ultimate 6150 but i am having problems with it!i put the memory chip and it shows that it is not installed.And the phone freezes alot.Any tip?thank you

to copy contacts from sim, go to programs>sim manager>menu>copy sim to device.

Pls can someone tell me how to activate the 'secure iq' function of this imate6150? I've been to the imate website & i was directed to go to 'device customization' on the programs menu on my device to enter my imate.com username & password & there's no such thing in my menu.pls how do i do this. I just bought it & i'm afraid it might get lost or even stolen.

2 dayz back i purchased this and was very happy but n0w am n0t feeling g00d with this :s thinking to sell this and buy Nokia N96. imate 6150 is big f0r me and i want with s0me c0mfortable thingy, n0t like whenever u'va t0 d0 s0mething.. u've t0 take 0ut Stylus. this'll make work SLOW and MORE time.
imate 6150 is a g00d f0ne.. i used Wi-Fi @ home.. br0wsed g00gle, yah00, msn n 0ther sites :)

Btw, I had absolutely no memory issue even with dozen of apps running. The battery last more than a day, which is enough for my needs :)

Its in UAE market,too costly I have one buy then return cos of power not working, but iget immidiate replacement, befor i have K-Jam, Its better, but key board?????

i had been an i-mate fanatics way back then,but now ive changed my whims and look for something better.yes i-mate is pioneer in pda era but that is not enough to convince ourselves that it is worth it to grab one...
sorry to say that this unit is a"dumped" and i am irritated to the point that i have to thrown it because of is malfuntionality.
it hangs for a long time and keep on reminding that my 'memory' is full though i have a lot of spaces in my memory card!!!!!
its so slow.... my gosh! we are on a fast phase world and it seems that this unit was still stuck at jurassic time period (so exagge, but quiet real)
theres a rumour that HTC is the former manufacturer of i-mate, now i wonder why HTC Pda are bulid better and tougher than this i-mate...
this unit is a piece of s****ttt
move over i-mate..

this phone reaaly sucks...
waste of money..
i throw it because hangs for 30 minutes, and when i pick it up and madly removed the battery there still a display on lcd!!!
pathethic!!!
buy this if u hate ur money..
this phone is a headache!!!!!!

imate slow slow slow does not take anything higer than 2 gb on startup stuck for 10 sec for all includin incoming calls battery seems ok for day and half with good use keeps saying full memory even though i have 70 mb free

who cares if Mobileplanet is authorized dealer or not! i been enjoying my Imate 6150 for over 3 weeks now! while u wait, wait and more wait! haha
