This phone is 5.2" 480x800 running Android 2.3.6 Single core processor(not 4.1.2 Jelly Bean and Dual-core processor!) this is very disappointing device

sorry dude; but like you got a bad one. I have no such problem. Only issue is the overheating battery during games and now after 8 months the battery does not last longer than a day.
