India won't get the Poco F7 Pro and Poco F7 Ultra

Poco's top-tier F series is due for a refresh this year, and it will, for the first time, be made up of three devices - the F7, the F7 Pro, and the F7 Ultra.

However, if you're in India, unfortunately you'll only be getting the 'standard' model, according to a new rumor from a tipster on X. It's unclear why this is set to happen, but there might be a silver lining - a 'special edition' F7 that will be coming to India at some point in the future.

Smartphone brands playing such geographical availability games is nothing new of course, but this is taking things to a new level, with only one of three devices launching in a market as huge as India. Hopefully there's some method to the madness and it will be explained upon the trio's global launch, because they are apparently getting that.

As for the special edition, there are no details about this one yet, so stay tuned and we'll let you know when we find out more.
