i'm not Infinix hot 10s user, but this may figure your problem causing ..
i have same problem on my two different phone, its causes disaster on my phone, the problem lies in Android 11 version (Bug Android 11), since i updated to Android 11 its lag as Hell, like freezing,hang,stop responding and stutering..
i think android version 10 phone is more normal and the best android version ..

Anonymous, 24 Sep 2021bloatware problem ...whats the solution of this ?You need to press an empty space for about 3-5 seconds, once you do it will show some buttons and you need to click the button on the bottom right side which is the menu. Once you’re in the menu, click “Other Settings”, and disable all ads and whatever except for Freezer and Folder Scrolling.
Sorry if I am incorrect I do not use android but I watched a video on how to remove/disable bloatware on an Infinix smartphone.

From the opinions I'm reading on here about hot 10,hot 10t,hot 10i,and hot 10s. ,I think the normal hot 10 is better. It barely has any problem lol
