I've been using my Hot 12 Play now for 7 months since it's purchase.
I can seriously confirm and truthfully acknowledge that the problems I have encountered with this gadget are numerously NONE from it's power management, operation and all!!
This is one of the best Gadgets I've ever owned....and they've been a number of new gadgets being released claimed to be best... however, with my Hot 12 Play I can even attend the meeting for Samsung S23 Ultra users and capture the entire session with no need of a power bank during the meeting or running out of storage space. I love It❤️
I don't know how others are finding it challenging!

I've had this device for 6 months, but every system update it deletes my entire gallery. It has happened 4x since. The old microsd suddenly became corrupt after the update. I thought the problem was the microsd, so I bought a new one and phone wont recognize it. The phone wont even let me save the photos on the onboard memory. So essentially, this phone can never take photos because both internal and external drives cannot save photos. Or if the inserted microsd works by some miracle, the system updates will eventually delete it.

Idk why everyone hates this phone tbh it's a really versatile option considering its performance and price proportionality being a huge difference especially considering the 6000 monster mAh battery, even then the only thing I don't really like about the phone is the software, there is such an amount of unneeded bloatware. Even then that's not much of a problem because that's all you get for 100$. Not bad Infinix.

Anonymous , 19 Nov 2022You should turn off double tap to wake/off featureWhy?? I cannot enjoy the double tapping feature and not getting Android 12 😤. That's very disappointing 😞 😔. They can fix those by giving some updates but they will not pay attention to our issues because it's a budget phone 😕.

please do not purchase this phone for anything in the world. i got mine on the 21st of Febuary 2023, and after a system update on the 20th of April, it crashed and refused to power up. the Infinix and andriod interphase just remains there for ever.
