My what's app and messenger keeps going back to old version when the phone restarts and when you unistall them, they will come back once the phone is restart. Please i need help.

My infinix hot 6x always goes off or reboot on its own and if it doesn't do that my apps won't show or work and the apps hangs.... Please what can I do, I've been using it for 1year

infinix phones are better if flashed with SP TOOL , all u have is to download the exact firmware for your model (about 1.5gb depend on model ) and some knowledge about how to flash safely( many sites show how to...).beleave me i had the same prob about network and wifi disconnecting and changing actual version firmware of my phone to another one fixed all problems.
