Mine charges fast and all ,my only problem is that it drains fast and signal issue.
When I call , it's like the network is breaking...

Hi, please I need solutions... I am using the infinix hot 6X (2GB) Ram, I have done a system update on it once but it keeps showing me system update even when I just did it. Just last night I did bc it ws always notification tab. After every thing done it when rebooted and showed final finishing of update . Since den the my phone is working abnormally . It's not responding to my touch at all. Like it freezes please what should I do to restore it back to pressable phone . I don't want to flash it.

I have used this phone for 3months now & i can tell u honestly there's nothing wrong with my unit.. it works perfectly, the camera is great, so i really don't get why some of you lay so many complaints... Mine works perfectly well with no issues
