I bought one of these hot 9 play and after the very first update the FM radio of the phone got jamed and could only receive just 5 radio stations

People just don't know how to use this phone that's why they think it sucks...but the truth is, the phone is underrated, for its price point, the overall performance is impressive...it's a cool phone!

HI I am from Srilanka, I bought this device 64/3GB varient on 26th of October 2020 after 2 days i recieved a security policy update after that update. firmware update feature is not working. i am unable to check for updates. Mobile manufacturer itself they disabled that. Please don't buy infinix phones. very bad quality hardware and software.

Im user infinix hot 9 play 3/64 indonesia, after for a month i can't use the flash light. I can't fix it with factory reset. Very bad quality phone. And.. doesn't support OTG USB..
