I think I've been used from 2021 and till now it's being works like hell...never hang ...the best decision of my life is to buy note 10 .only prob i faced is battery life after 4 years but it's being fixed with customer care centre they fix it without replacing battery and battery works like a new one.ive used 16 hrs a day every day and it's working like hell.Infinix should maintain this quality lifelong that will carry its legacy of hardcoreness and trust.thank u infinix

Used for four years. Now fingerprint sensor is gone.
The phone goes off every 20 minutes.

Anonymous, 21 May 2025I bought my infinix note 10 last year, and before it turns ... moreI've been using infinix note 10 since 2021, there's some issues that happen on my phone at 2024, the fingerprint settings are gone, and it restarting by itself a few times, i did nothing to the phone then it become normal again...
Then this year (2025) my phone is on boot loop, it keeps restarting all the time, not even reach the wallpaper screen, just the logo screenn..
I decided to change my battery, then it's normal again..

Mine keep restarting and the battery keep failing,the first time it stopped restarting the battery goes 13% and then it restarted again the battery goes 28% and restarted again the battery goes 44% so I decided to buy new battery hope it'll solve the restarting problem,I'll keep it updated

I bought my infinix note 10 last year, and before it turns 1year it upgraded it self and keeps restarting nonstop. I return it to the store where i buy it using my 1year warranty hoping they can fix it. Due to some issues with the shipment, they give me a new one as compensation with the same unit,, happy for that. But just yesterday, that very phone upgraded itself again and now it keeps restarting again and nonstop, i did everything And factory reset it but nothing happens. This is so frustat, all my files are in there, does any one have the same problem? i hope you can help me guys.
