Bought infinix note 10 last november 14, then last december 7, the fingerprint scanner suddenly became too hot, and the aftersales customer service sucks, up until now, no specific plans on what to do with this device.

Please I updated my Infinix note 10 to this last update that was rolled out and since then my battery has become the worst battery on earth. Even when I'm not using my phone the battery will be dropping like hell. Any solution to this?

I don't know if am the only one facing this problem, hearing piece stopped working suddenly, just 4momths old. I have to put phone on speaker to hear from the person am speaking with. Am so disappointed ☹️.

Actually the Wifi internet speed and mobile network internet speeds are very slow (Low range) . so i am unable to call via what's up, google duo & Imo. but the same time i have other phone. but no issue for the above mentioned.
