It's a phone worth the price you pay. But the infinix software needs to be made a little better. Application loading takes some time. Is this problem just for me? Does anyone have this difficulty? Downlaod speed is also good. But when we open an application, it takes a long time to load, and everything else on this phone is great. Except software.

If u use another launcher like Nova launcher in this phone after some time the NAVIGATION KEYS will stop working and it will say XOS has stop working waiting concern XOS launcher with NAVIGATION KEYS

If you got it wet.... It will dry out after a while...
If it's not that.... You might need to replace the port...
It's usually not expensive as infinix phone parts are relatively easy to find replacements for....

My infinix note 10 refused to come out of earpiece mode after listening to music with the earpiece and I have tried putting back the earpiece and removing it to no avail, pls what should I do

I bought the Infinix Note 10 Pro (X695) because I needed a phone that is compatible with GSM frequencies across the world. The X695 seemed to be such phone.
This week I arrived in Antigua, bought a local SIM (carrier FLOW, by Cable & Wireless). To my utmost dismay, the phone could not recognise the Flow signal. I put the same SIM into my old OnePlus 5T and it works great.
I have checked several sources and the X695 is supposed to be fully compatible with the Flow frequencies. I am thoroughly disappointed and I would advise you not believe everything you read in Infinix phone specifications.

This is a phone that gives good value for money. Those who prefer longer sized phones should buy this one. Because watching the video itself is good fun. The back of this phone is plastic. The company claims that the front has Glassprotection. Let's talk about the display. It can be said that good is good. Good brightness at full brightness and looks a bit dim when slightly reduced in settings. This should be addressed through the OTA update. Let’s get to the battery thing. Needless to say, very good. It has a good powerful connection whether it is Wifi or Data. Call quality should be mentioned. Very good. Then you will get a lot of customization options on this phone. Even though this phone has a 60hz display, we can still feel a nice smooth feel when we touch the display. When it comes to gaming, I don't play it. MT Helio G85 processor makes it compatible with gaming. If you are in India and have faith in this brand, you can buy it with confidence because Infinix has been launching good phones for the last 4 years. Everything is positive feedback.

Tom, 14 Jun 2021Does it has Gorilla glass protection?I saw in one website that it has corning gorilla glass as protection but I'm not sure about that, the screen is strong though because I have mistakenly drop my harmer on my own and the screen did not break and I have seen the durability test on YouTube, the screen did not break or the phone bend after so many drop test
