The screen cast isn't working, the XOS launcher keeps stopping and the notepad isn't working. It's so annoying and frustrating. I just got the phone 2days ago

There is no doubt that this is a very affordable phone. But it has a lot of problems compared to other phones. One of them is software, because I'm had problems since I bought the phone. It takes some time to open any application. At first I thought there was a problem with the SIM card. But I tried another SIM. That problem does not end there. Again I reset the phone and looked. And yet it does not work. Infinix does not yet provide a software update. I do not play the game. So I have no complaints about that. Apps like Whatsapp Facebook Olx and youtube, take some time to open. One more thing. The issue I found , the brightness of this phone is a big drawback. Good brightness at maximum brightness is oK and very dim even at a 95% brightness. I do not know if other people have this problem or mine. My phone has 4GB of RAM and 64GB of memory. I did reset my phone. Same condition again after reset. what should I do.? I have used Samsung's M01 before. Samsung is very good for software update and they given . samsung was updated all the time. MY infinix phone's camera is not good, the software is very bad. I'm going to return the phone.

It's a phone worth the price you pay. But the infinix software needs to be made a little better. Application loading takes some time. Is this problem just for me? Does anyone have this difficulty? Downlaod speed is also good. But when we open an application, it takes a long time to load, and everything else on this phone is great. Except software.

If u use another launcher like Nova launcher in this phone after some time the NAVIGATION KEYS will stop working and it will say XOS has stop working waiting concern XOS launcher with NAVIGATION KEYS

If you got it wet.... It will dry out after a while...
If it's not that.... You might need to replace the port...
It's usually not expensive as infinix phone parts are relatively easy to find replacements for....

My infinix note 10 refused to come out of earpiece mode after listening to music with the earpiece and I have tried putting back the earpiece and removing it to no avail, pls what should I do

I bought the Infinix Note 10 Pro (X695) because I needed a phone that is compatible with GSM frequencies across the world. The X695 seemed to be such phone.
This week I arrived in Antigua, bought a local SIM (carrier FLOW, by Cable & Wireless). To my utmost dismay, the phone could not recognise the Flow signal. I put the same SIM into my old OnePlus 5T and it works great.
I have checked several sources and the X695 is supposed to be fully compatible with the Flow frequencies. I am thoroughly disappointed and I would advise you not believe everything you read in Infinix phone specifications.
