when i update my phone into android 14 it start that my phone can't touch the screen and deoesn't respond,,, plss help me to fix this

I Have been using this model phone from past 1 year, i have updated to android 14. In my phone front camera is working fine, rear camera is not working, whenever i try to open rear phone it shows error message can't connect to camera, please make sure to close other apps that may use camera or flashlight" & also show "Camera not enabled Camera Error, please re-enable or restart the phone". This message if from almost a month. kindly suggest what is the issue & solution for the issue.

I've been using this phone for almost a year now and I have not had any problems with it.. a real go to.. my wife is planning to buy1 as well

When trying to update to Android 14, restarts and stays frozen and unresponsive. After soft reset it says update failed. So far not working

After the software update, the screen is unresponsive up until now. I even reformatted the phone hoping that it would be fixed after several times of restarting it. It's frustrating.

I used this phone 1 year ago still no any problem facing variant 4gb ram sunsat gold very good phone fast charging no lag but if touch sweat too much than facing ghost touch on screen this issue generally facing all phones thank u..
